ARMY AT RICE, 6:30 PM ET, BEIN SPORTS
This is a pretty even matchup. The two have a common opponent in UTEP. Rice won at UTEP 31-17 while Army defeated the Minders last weekend at West Point, 35-21. If you use that method, slight edge to Rice since they played their game at UTEP. However, that win was several weeks ago and the Owls have had some injuries since that game. While some are griping over Army’s game with Ohio State, Rice has had games with Stanford, Houston and Pitt. Great way to beat your team down and destroy their confidence but it helps pay the bills. I believe that Army will win this game because they have more momentum going for them.
Prediction: Army 24, Rice 17
AIR FORCE AT NAVY, 3:30 PM ET, CBS
These two teams are about even. Air Force has a much worse record than Navy because they faced Michigan and San Diego State. The Falcons gave both those teams a solid battle. What happened at New Mexico last weekend is anyone’s guess (NM 56, AFA 38). Maybe the Falcons were thinking ahead to Navy.Air Force also lost to them last year but beat Navy. Again, these two teams are about even but give the edge to Navy with their home field advantage.
Predction: Navy 31, Air Force 28
