CHALLENGES

The top two rushing teams in the nation will square off on Saturday in Philadelphia. Navy, whose long win-streak over rival Army ended last year, will be looking to get back on the winning track. Trouble is this Army team is getting better and better. The Mids meanwhile seem to be falling back a step or two since joining the American Conference. For the second season in a row, Navy has had problems keeping quarterbacks healthy. To be fair, the Black Knight’s projected QB starter for this season, Chris Carter, hasn’t taken a snap all season. There are a lot of similarities between this two teams statistically. The one disparity that stands out is turnover margin. On key for Navy is to protect the ball and not give Army offense short fields.
